This project showcased meticulous design by bringing together business park tenants and nurturing a community spirit in the area.

The restaurant was crafted to serve as a communal space for all business park tenants, promoting interaction and unity. The design blended natural tones and geometric elements, establishing a visual link between the restaurant’s interior and the surrounding outdoor landscape. The design also provided a direct line of sight to the pavilion situated at the centre of a picturesque lake.

Innovative Pavilion Design
The Marketing Suite Pavilion underwent a relocation, now gracefully floating on the lake. This design choice was driven by a commitment to providing enhanced visibility across the park and facilitating clear engagement. The successful execution of this vision required intricate engineering coordination, a testament to the design team’s dedication to achieving remarkable outcomes.

Integrated Business Park Gym
Adjacent to the restaurant, a dedicated space was allocated for a business park gym. This facility was strategically designed to be accessible to all visitors to the park, promoting health and well-being within the community.
