Case Study

Bank of America, Paris, France

Location: Paris, France
This 90,000 square foot space, designed to accommodate 800 employees, was shaped by innovative and enhanced design principles tailored specifically for Bank of America.

Design Highlights

The project unfolded within the walls of an old post office building, expertly renovated to blend historical allure with modern practicality. A new extension at the rear was introduced, purposefully designed to house traders and support staff. The addition of double-height spaces not only added architectural interest but also created a dynamic and engaging workspace.

Design Features

A core objective of the design was to encourage openness and collaboration, reflecting the evolving landscape of the modern working era. The incorporation of double-height spaces played a pivotal role in breaking down traditional barriers, encouraging a collaborative atmosphere within the office. This approach not only aligned with global workplace trends but also embraced and celebrated the local culture. This project stands as a testament to the successful synergy of historical preservation and forward-thinking design principles.

Project delivered during full employment of TP Bennett as a Director & Member of LLP.
