Design Features

Staff Wellbeing and Unique Identity
The design concept prioritised staff wellbeing, introducing unique elements that defined the identity of the space. Notably, the transparent ground floor space seamlessly connected the restaurant, retail branch, and the HSBC University, promoting a cohesive and integrated atmosphere.

Collaboration-Focused Design
A key feature of the design was the introduction of an 11-storey feature staircase in the building atrium. This architectural element not only served as a striking visual, but also functioned as a conduit for immediate collaboration on each floor. The design allowed for independent community workspaces on each level while fostering an ethos of togetherness.

Client Meeting Suite and Hospitality Integration
The project incorporated a dedicated Client Meeting Suite on level 10, strategically positioned to enhance client interactions. Hospitality was seamlessly integrated throughout the building, ensuring a positive and engaging experience for employees and visitors alike.

Project Delivery and Leadership
Pranvera, during her tenure as Director and Member of LLP at TP Bennett, played a pivotal role in successfully delivering the project. This highlighted her capability to manage and execute large-scale projects with precision and creativity, even within the context of a fully engaged team.

This project serves as a testament to the innovative design principles employed, setting the standard for HSBC’s workplace environments, and contributing to the evolution of corporate spaces in the heart of Birmingham.
